Is everything gluten free?

This is the Number One question  we are asked.

Yes, everything we make is gluten free. That’s the only way we make our items, so there is no concern for cross-contamination in our bakery. Our environment is completely gluten free.

If you don’t use wheat, what kinds of flours do you use?

We use brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch in most products….some products contain sweet rice flour, coconut flour, or almond flour.
Please advice us of any nut allergies to ensure your safety.

Do you ship?

We usually do not ship, but we may on a case by case basis, depending on destination, product, weather etc….it never hurts to ask.

How did you come up with your recipes?

We did lots of research, experimented with different gluten free flours, recipes, and techniques. We also converted many of our own recipes that we had been baking with for years.

Do you have Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan,  Soy Free, and Nut Free items too?

Yes, several of our items are Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan, Soy Free, and Nut Free, just ask and we can point you in the right direction.  We are also a peanut free facility.

Do you have any Sugar Free items?

Yes, we are just starting to come up with some sugar free options. We use products like Swerve, Xylitol, and Monk Fruit.
