Hi, I'm Dahlia Villegas

Our journey began when my husband had to be on a gluten free diet in 2010. Coming from generations of home bakers, my mom and I transformed our family recipes to be safe yet delicious, making sure no one felt left out of cherished traditions.

What started as a personal mission quickly grew into something bigger. By 2012, we opened our doors to share our allergy-friendly, gluten-free, and vegan treats with the Long Beach community, proving that dietary restrictions don’t mean sacrificing flavor. Our success has been made possible because of our wonderful team, whose dedication and passion bring our vision to life every day.
